Customer payments will be processed prior to the delivery of products.
Delivery of a customer's order is subject to the rules of Purolator Inc. (shipping) or any other delivery company designated by chezlatina.com. In the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to retreive the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company.
chezlatina.com, through the delivery company, will deliver the products to the address the customer indicated in their order.
Shipping and handling charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
Delivery of a customer's order will be made by chezlatina.com, through the delivery company, as soon as possible after the order is placed, and payment has been verified. Shipping time and shipping charges may vary according to the availability of products.
For any product delivered outside Canada, customers will be responsible for any clearance charges and any other inherent fees incurred by exportating outside of Canada.
chezlatina.com cannot guarantee the availability of products shown on the site. If a product is not available, customers can choose to receive a partial delivery or wait for the missing product in order to receive a complete delivery. In such an event, chezlatina.com shall advise the customer by e-mail when the product will become available.
In the event that a customer chooses to receive a partial order, chezlatina.com will only charge the customer for the items delivered. The missing items will be charged when delivered, such delivery shall be at chezlatina.com's expense.
chezlatina.com shall not be held responsible for any and all damages customers may incur due to the insufficiency of the products held in inventory.
