- PRODUCT RETURNS -

We have selected our products for their oustanding quality and feel confident that you will love them. If for any reason you wish to send an item back, we will accept it without any penalty, if it is sent back within 14 days of the delivery. Prior to returning any and all products, customer need to obtain, by e-mail, an authorization number from service@chezlatina.com or by phone at 1-800-810-6561. At that time, chezlatina.com shall explain the procedures to follow in order to return the products. We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. Customer shall assume the delivery charges and the risks of loss or damage to the products that are being shipped.

Once we receive the returned products, any amount charged on the customer's credit card for these products, other than the delivery fees, will be credited as soon as possible, provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer.

If chezlatina.com did not deliver the products which were ordered, chezlatina.com will assume all delivery fees and risks of loss and damages. In this situation, chezlatina.com will assume all delivery charges and risks of loss or damage if the customer returns the products through a delivery company that guarantees against risks of loss and damages.

Finally, please note that the customer will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, unless the product is defective.

RESPONSIBILITY

chezlatina.com is not responsible for not executing any of its obligations towards customer, nor of the damages or loss customer may incur or suffer from, in the event that the non execution is a result of a superior force or circumstances beyond chezlatina.com's control.
